Lotte Group Affiliate Daehong Communications to Build Blockchain-Based ‘Money Movement’ Ecosystem Using Aptos

Daehong Communications, a Lotte Group affiliate, has partnered with Aptos Foundation to develop a blockchain-based 'Money Movement' ecosystem. This initiative leverages Aptos' high-performance LAYER 1 blockchain to track and verify digital assets like mobile vouchers, loyalty points, and stablecoins in real time.

The ecosystem integrates with 'Giftiel,' a mobile voucher service operated by Daehong’s subsidiary Spoon, which has already seen over 500,000 users and 1 million vouchers issued during its soft launch. All transaction histories are recorded on-chain, ensuring transparent ownership and management.

This collaboration marks a significant step in applying blockchain technology to real-world economic activities, offering businesses precise operational insights and users traceability of their digital assets.
